As an Administrative Assistant some of your tasks will include:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day support to the department by providing administrative assistance, managing appointments, responding to meeting requests, prioritizing tasks and coordinating all tasks of meeting logistics. 
• Organize and manage both domestic and international travel plans, including flight arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. 
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. 
• Act as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders, upholding a professional image for the Commercial office.  
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to phone calls, emails, and letters. 
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper based. 
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks. 
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a prominent level of professionalism. 
• Maintain and organize office systems, including filing and database management. 
• Order office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained. 
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping. 

The requirements for the Administrative Assistant role are:

• BSc in Human Sciences/Public Administration or related field.
• Prior work experience at least 3 years in an admin/secretarial position or similar role.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus. Excellent use of the English language (both oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prominent level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
