As an Assistant Production Manager your main responsibilities are:

• Assist in managing the production process to ensure smooth, efficient operations, meeting production goals, and maintaining quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest or implement changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, performing inspections and addressing any issues.
• Maintain and update production reports, track performance, and communicate any issues to upper management.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources.

The ideal candidate for the position will be expected to have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in strict production environments with stringent measures, such as food, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language.
