As a Brand Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Accountability for your brands’ performance, utilizing global assets and strategies where appropriate to create and steer local integrated marketing plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage resources to achieve financial targets
• Frequently engaging directly with agreed selected customers in the field (average ≥ 1 day per week) and with field force colleagues, facilitating effective communication, information and insight flow, and brand related education, in order to effectively guide all brand-related activities
• Leverage data analytics and digital innovation to shape strategic decisions, execute impactful multichannel campaigns, and drive a data-driven approach within the cross-functional team.
• Collaborate actively with peers and leadership within and beyond the cluster Marketing and

• Consciously focus on outcomes and maximize the value from agile methodologies (retros, 90 day cycles, campaign thinking, design thinking) in your everyday work

The ideal candidate for the position of Brand Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree from a reputable university with strong preference in Life Sciences
• A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Economics or any other relevant field is considered an asset
• Ability to deal with complex therapeutic areas and high-profile scientific stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing budget, marketing activation, brand plans, market research
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment and strong customer orientation
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
• Availability for traveling

• Strategic mindset and ability to analyze market/business intelligence data
• Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Business acumen, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results
• Advanced digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies

• 5 years of relevant previous experience.
