As a Customer Operations & Services Officer for Shipping Lubricants, you will:

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Oversee delivery operations using SAP, ensuring smooth and accurate procedures.
• Monitor stock levels daily, managing replenishment to guarantee product availability with management approval.
• Ensure precise and timely invoicing for all customer transactions.
• Track and support prompt payment collections.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve high-performance results.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding global deliveries and service networks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company ethics, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Operations & Services Officer will have:

• University degree in Shipping or relevant knowledge of the shipping industry.
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• SAP knowledge and hands-on experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the shipping industry.
