As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for: 

• translating content, newsletters and catalogs from Spanish to Greek
• delivering exceptional customer service via calls and emails
• managing the company's e-shop and wholesale marketing efforts
• communicating and coordinating with the marketing department
• performing back-office duties

If you are interested in becoming a Customer Service Officer you should meet the following requirements: 

• mandatory proficiency in Spanish (B2 level or above) 
• possession of a AEI/TEI/IEK degree
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• previous experience in customer service is desired, but not required
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
• a pleasant personality with a customer-oriented and a team-working approach

• no experience needed
