key responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Danish Customer Support Specialistwill be as follows:
- provide effectively end-user support & troubleshoot issues with urgency, analyse problems & provide solutions to every customer issue on their first contact
- reply to customers' needs by answering calls & emails
- provide information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
- update the internal database with all appropriate information & customer interaction
- identify customer demands and introduce the product range
- enhance customer relations so as to build customer retention
qualifications
Qualifications of aDanish Customer Support Specialist include:
- native or fluent level in Danish
- advanced level of English
- PC literacy & good knowledge of MS Office
- target driven personality, friendly and communicative attitude
- business acumen
experience
Previous experience in customer service is not required but would be considered as a plus.
