As a Digital Experience Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement CRM strategies for customer needs and with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Testers to ensure effective delivery
• Support the design and execution of digital experience platforms that meet client needs, drawing on expertise in CRM and marketing tools
• Engage with clients to understand and address their needs, facilitating discussions, meetings, and workshops to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
• Assist clients in successfully adopting new digital platforms to fully leverage their technologies

The ideal candidate for the position of Digital Experience Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven working experience using marketing automation and CRM tools within a data-driven technology environment
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, behavioral triggers and how to influence customer behavior through CRM
• Very good knowledge of English both written and oral
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Advanced digital/IT skills (as an end user)

• 3+ year(s) of relevant working experience
