As an Digital Operations Executive, your tasks will include:

• Manage the digital operations of several events from A to Z by using Hubspot.
• Lead and participate hands-on in the development and overall management of several events with main objectives the aligned-upon business goals and KPIs.
• Design, create and maintain web sites for the given events, either in Wordpress or Hubspot CMS.
• Manage our events through our Event Management platform. 
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and handle the registration process for our events.

The ideal candidate for the Digital Operations Executive position should have the following:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of HubSpot (or other CRM platforms).
• Affinity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, JIRA, Click Up or similar)
• Great affinity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Platform
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English as we are an ‘English first’ company
• Experience (and/or) Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field will be a plus

2+ years of experience in project management, operations, client service or digital marketing
