As an Energy Management Engineer your main responsibilities will be :

• Manage and coordinate projects to deploy new or upgrade energy equipment of base stations (including Air Conditions, Power systems, Rectifiers Batteries, Generators, Grid Connections etc.)
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure projects meet contractual SLAs and quality standards. Verify bills of quantities and maintain all necessary project documentation
• Plan, forecast, and manage stock of energy equipment in line with approved budgets and strategies
• Conduct feasibility studies for customers' requests and implement tasks to ensure energy infrastructure availability within agreed SLAs
• Update and process data using files, databases, and IT tools
• Prepare design specifications and evaluate innovative energy solutions/equipment to meet needs
• Implement energy management practices to enhance efficiency, increase renewable energy use, reduce emissions, and improve equipment/network reliability

As an Energy Management Engineer, you need to have the following skills:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Qualification or Certification in Project Management is advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language

• Data analytics and reporting skills
• Quickly adapts to a changing environment
• Collaborative spirit
• Enthusiastic with a strong customer orientation and passionate on environmental sustainability issues
• Works independently with minimal supervision and collaborates with others having a team oriented and positive attitude.
