key responsibilities
- Comprehension of the overarching objectives, purpose and financial parameters of the event.
- Communication and management with suppliers.
- Organization and management of audiovisual media, decoration, transportation, accommodations, and any other needs related to the event.
- Adaptation to the budget of the specific event.
- Planning the overall event (organizational chart of duties, time plan, etc.)
- Communicate with clients to discuss their journey requirements in detail and guide them through best options
- Plan, coordinate, organize and book all aspects of travel (airline ticketing, accommodation, transportation, activities
qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and verbal.
- Ability to travel within Greece.
- Flexibility in working hours
experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
