As an Event Executive, your tasks will include:

• Assist in managing workloads to ensure the delivery of high-quality events within set timelines.
• Support the flawless delivery of live, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Assist in end-to-end project management, including client liaison, development of briefs and scopes of work, coordination with suppliers, and integrating digital elements across events.
• Help with budget management, including creating purchase orders and issuing invoices.
• Provide support during live events, especially during high-pressure situations and crisis management.
• Assist the sales team with new project inquiries, proposals, or pitches by helping define the project framework for core team members.Contribute to new business bids and pitches by supporting the preparation and delivery of proposals.
• Assist in ensuring all events are properly contracted, including securing client and supplier agreements.
• Help negotiate with contractors, vendors, and event partners to achieve the best and most cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate for the Event Executive position should have the following:

• Excellent attention to detail across all elements of Events and Creative Production
• Good level of technical event knowledge with an eagerness to learn and grow in the field
• Knowledge of Virtual and Hybrid events
• An ability to write proposals and presentations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience working on high-profile corporate events with VIP treatment requirements 
• Ability to work across a variety of media with a strong understanding of communication techniques 
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and confident in decision making
• Agency experience is a plus

• 2-3 years experience in event planning, including budgeting and scheduling
