As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will be:

• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing executives’ calendars and sets up meetings.
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Tracking daily expenses and prepares weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
• Formating information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributes correspondence.
• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role should have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and writte.
