 As the Finance Director  you will have to:Align management style and conduct with the Group's vision, values, and policies.Ensure compliance with financial policies, legal obligations, and contractual agreements.Present financial variances with clear recommendations for corrective actions.Manage cash flow effectively and communicate major transactions to global support.Maintain open communication with all departments.Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, CAPEX approvals, and asset maintenance.Negotiate favorable terms for the resort and ensure policy compliance.Lead financial training, development, and mentorship initiatives.Participate in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings.Submit monthly reports on key financial and operational matters.Take on additional duties as assigned by the GM or Global Office Finance.

 The most suitable candidate for the Finance Director position should have:  

 Bachelor's degree 2 Years’ experience in a similar position in an executive committee capacityExcellent knowledge of EnglishAbility to lead, motivate and develop colleagues.Be innovative, financially savvyConnect emotionally with guests and internal customers.Be well versed in the Colleagues competencies internationallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPeople Management SkillsMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplaceWell versed with technology, which helps Finance to take it to the next levelQualified Chartered Accountant
