As a Guest Experience Facilitator, you will:

• Engage with visitors of all ages, guiding them through captivating interactive activities and events that spark learning and discovery.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service at park entrances and retail areas.
• Offer first aid assistance when needed (certification is a plus!).
• Assist in the smooth running of parties and school trips, creating joyful memories.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure top-tier customer service and a positive atmosphere.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the park and prioritize the safety and well-being of our visitors throughout their visit.
