As a Guest Relation Officer you are responsible for:

• Conducting reviews of arrival lists to facilitate a warm welcome for guests.
• Attendance at special guest events and responsiveness to their inquiries.
• Assistance in the preparation of welcome folders, inclusive of collateral like room service menus and resort/hotel descriptions.
• Provision of information about amenities, the local area, and venues, along with active promotion of services.
• Anticipation of guest needs and the cultivation of positive relations with customers.
• Support with specific tasks, such as confirming travel arrangements and accepting messages.
• Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
• Maintenance of a daily logbook for recording pertinent information.
• Communication with relevant departments regarding any guest complaints or concerns.
• Assurance of strict compliance with health and quality standards.

For this position you need to have the following: 

• Proven experience 
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered as a plus
• Computer skills
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Degree in Hospitality Management will be considered as a plus

Minimum 1 year of experience.
