key responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will:
- Update and manage Ergani II records for changes in work schedules and overtime
- Prepare monthly absence reports and maintain the E11 annual vacation book
- Collect and submit work-from-home data as per company policies
- Maintain the Soft One time system and ensure accuracy in Workday records
- Monitor sick leaves, maternity, and other absences, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding time-off policies, maternity, and other HR-related topics
- Ensure data consistency across HR systems
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing timely support and accurate information
qualifications
To be considered for this HR Assistant, you should have:
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Ergani II and knowledge of other HRIS systems (Soft One, Workday) is preferred
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
