key responsibilities
As an Info Desk Officer your role will involve :
- offering information and directions to the visitors
- handling requests and complaints
- assist with customer service operations
- supporting administrative tasks and managing daly email communications
- managing the shopping center call center line
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Info Desk Officer position should have:
- fluency in the English language
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- customer-oriented behavior
- communication and interpersonal skills
- efficiency in organizing
experience
- previous experience in customer support service (retail or call center) is required
