As an Insurance Customer Service Representative your main responsibilities will be:

• Handle incoming calls and answer to customer queries or redirect accordingly
• Manage incoming email requests, categorize and digitize documents
• Ensure recording and completion of customer requests within the specified timeframe 
• Guide customers regarding processes, products and services 
• Collect customer data and /or update database where necessary
• Implement customer retention activities

The ideal candidate for the Insurance Customer Service Representative should have:

• Degree in Management, Economics or other relevant field
• Certificate of Insurance Intermediaries
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with CRM software will be considered an asset

• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit

Desired experience of at least 2 years in a relevant position
