As a Internal & External Communications Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging
• Support the development of crisis communication plans and provide timely responses to external inquiries when needed
• Build relationships with journalists and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Ensure all communication materials adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies

The ideal candidate for the position of Internal & External Communications Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any business related degree; a MSc would be considered valuable
• Be able to keep key objectives and requirements a priority, as well as organising time effectively to ensure performance at the highest standard
• Able to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and work efficiently with them
• Fluent in Greek and English; any third language will be considered an asset
• Available to travel when required within Greece & abroad

• Excellent communication skills, confident with presenting and be able to explain and present complex issues
• Commercially minded, able to influence and sell new ideas, understand how to create successful winning brand strategies, strong analytical skills to monitor progress

• 5+ years working experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company
