As IT Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and managing one direct report, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and maintaining IT systems, managing IT projects, and developing strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity measures, backup procedures, and disaster recovery
• Guiding and developing the IT team, managing performance, and fostering professional growth
• Creating and managing the IT budget, negotiating vendor partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR
