    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of managing and maintaining our event-related websites, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver a top-notch user experience.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across websites and CRM platforms through meticulous data entry and management.
    • Leverage CRM tools (such as HubSpot) for email campaigns, contact management, reporting, and automating workflows.
    • Be the first line of support for employees and clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues with confidence.
    • Collaborate with external IT vendors to resolve advanced technical issues and implement solutions.

  • qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 1+ years in IT support or a related field 
    • Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, including troubleshooting and content updates.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) tools.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a big plus.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
