The Junior CRM Specialist will:

• Support the CRM team in audience list creation and in quality assurance by checking campaign setups, testing, and ensuring proper execution within the CRM platform.
• Maintain and update the CRM communication plan, ensuring alignment with strategy and cross-functional team needs.
• Communicate CRM strategy & upcoming communications to all stakeholders.
• Gather and organize campaign requirements, including customer lists and materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the execution and tracking of automated, recurring, and ad hoc CRM campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and report on key CRM performance metrics, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and summaries.
• Liaise with Business Analytics to collect data insights and support reporting needs.
• Continuously explore CRM tools and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency and execution.
• Participate in company training programs to develop CRM and technical skills

The ideal candidate for the role of the Junior CRM Specialist should have the following:
