key responsibilities
For the role of Associate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client consultations to assess eligibility and advise on Golden Visa and Work Migration programs (including Digital Nomads, FIP permits, cross-border employment, etc.)
- Preparing and reviewing visa/permit applications and legal documentation
- Representing clients before public authorities, institutions, and banks
- Providing strategic legal advice in compliance with current immigration laws and regulations
- Conducting legal research and staying informed on legal updates
- Maintaining professional, proactive communication with clients
- Collaborating closely with legal teams and contributing to knowledge sharing
qualifications
For the role of Associate Lawyer, the ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – a Master’s degree (LL.M.) is considered a plus
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written legal communication)
