The responsibilities for this Associate Lawyer position include:

• Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, opinions, and memoranda to support litigation and advisory services.
• Managing court procedures and handling case-related tasks, including filings, submissions, and procedural deadlines.
• Representing clients and the firm in legal proceedings and hearings, delivering persuasive arguments and advocating for favorable outcomes.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on evolving regulatory frameworks and case law to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
• Preparing detailed case resolution proposals and legal recommendations, contributing to effective decision-making and risk mitigation..

The requirements for the Associate Lawyer role are:

• LLB or equivalent Law degree• LLM in Public Law or Environmental/Urban Planning Law.• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Group.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload, proactiveness, and creative thinking.
