The Maintenance Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure the execution of equipment and facility maintenance procedures.
• Supervise the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to schedule maintenance and manage emergency repairs.
• Provide technical support for new products and production processes.
• Coordinate with the team to drive continuous improvement in production and maintenance.
• Develop the annual budget for the Technical Department with the Technical Director and monitor monthly discrepancies.
• Lead, coach, and assess team members, providing feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure staff training and specialization through seminars and educational activities.
• Align training programs with personnel evaluations and company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, implementing recommendations from the safety technician.
• Collaborate with the fire safety team to train staff and ensure fire safety compliance.

The Maintenance Supervisor must possess the following:

• BSc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• MSc (MBA) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• PC literacy; knowledge of SAP and ERP systems is an advantage

• Adaptable and flexible in thinking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personnel and multiple priorities
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Dynamic, effective, highly motivated, and passionate personality
• Results-oriented and self-driven
