As a Marketing Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Collect and process all info required in implementing marketing activities for brand(s) in responsibility
• Work closely with sales dept, trade mkg and any other relevant party for the implementation of annual promotional plan
• Participate in the design process and attend promotional activities & brand activations
• Prepare basic reports and presentations
• Understand A&P budget and deal with invoicing process under the supervision and coaching of immediate superior
• Close monitor of brand’s digital activations and presence
• Monitor brands in responsibility & competition through regular market visits (store-check, calls to the trade on/off)
• Fully involved in all key-activations of brand(s) in responsibility

In order for your profile to match the Marketing Assistant position you need to have the following skills:

• Under/Post graduate education preferably in Marketing or Business  
• PC literate
• Microsoft office literate, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

• Strong analytical skills
• Team player
• Ability to adapt quickly in a new environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and structured personality
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ideally 1 year of experience in a similar role
