The Responsibilities for this Office Receptionist (part time) position are:
- Welcoming and assist visitors, students, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering incoming calls and handle inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Managing bookings, registrations, and information requests for language courses and cultural events.
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, correspondence, and filing.
