The responsibilities for this Operations Specialist role are:

• Completing a wide range of facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning services and contracts, mail delivery and logistics and/or storage services, etc.
• Executing/overseeing the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company assets in line with local policy.
• Coordinating and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venueinspections, catering, transportation, manage event budgets, and ensure adherence tofinancial guidelines and collaborate with external meetings and events vendors.
• Overseeing fleet management services and third-party vendors, ensuring operationalcompliance to policies, budgets, contracts and guidelines.
• Carrying out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
• Receiving, review and allocate invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed.
• Problem-solving by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts.
• Providing space and service support.

The qualifications required for this Operations Specialist role are:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar office operations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Administration
