Core Responsibilities of payroll assistant:

• Maintaining up-to-date employee payroll records and actively participate in payroll calculations
• Participate in leavers process (collect data, calculations, payments)
• Ensuring compliance with Greek Labor Law, payroll tax obligations and internal policies in payroll calculations
• Collaborating effectively with other departments, providing payroll-related support as needed
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance
• Provide administrative support to the Payroll including filling, data entry and document preparation
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

What We’re Looking For a payroll assistant :

• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related field 
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information

1 +years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferable in a fast-paced environment
