As a Procurement Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Use of SAP for customer service tasks, data entry, order processing, and report generation
• Support in managing and coordinating larger projects under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Executive.
• Preparation of comprehensive financial proposals and offers for clients.
• Facilitation of communication and coordination with suppliers, transport companies, and external partners.
• Active role as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and providing updates.
• Preparation and organization of documents for participation in public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Update and manage data in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Assistant position should have:

• Degree in relevant field
• Proficient user of the Greek and English language
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word
• Knowledge of ERP systems
