key responsibilities
The Production Supervisor will be responsible to:
- Monitor and control the company's three production lines
- Ensure adherence to the production schedule and compliance with specifications, including quality, quantity, and timelines.
- Implement and uphold production procedures as defined by the company’s systems.
- Ensure the safety of employees and facility
- Track and analyze productivity and performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance programs for the factory in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Oversee critical auxiliary materials, accessories, and consumables
- Manage the company’s ERP system effectively
- Follow and animate production policies and instructions regarding quality control and assurance, environment, health and safety guidelines,
- Identify and formulate effective solutions to emerging problems
- Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
- Prepare and formulate reports and documentations
qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Production Engineering
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis for performance tracking.

- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

- Proven experience 3-5 years in production supervision or a similar role.
