As a QA Test Manager your duties will be the following:

• Managing Issuing & Clearing TC team, maintaining the overview and tracking of the test and quality assurance activities and assignments according to established corporate governance of Issuing & Clearing TC area
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Working with Technical and Business community to define the scope of the required testing activities as the key stakeholder in the Testing Issuing & Clearing area
• Planning, estimating and scheduling all testing activities, timelines and milestones with appropriate tools and identify and manage dependencies and track and monitor the relevant deliverables for Issuing & Clearing area
• Ensuring the development of the Test Plans, the execution of the Test Cases, the Regression Testing and the planning of the test plan completion to ensure the delivery of quality software applications; Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Being responsible for the Test plan definition and evaluation for projects as well as part of pre-sales activities

As a QA Test Manager, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Certifications at Engineering & Technology
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an asset
• 3+ years of related leadership experience in a similar position in an IT services-related organization and 8+ years of experience in a Testing role. Experience in a banking-related environment will be highly appreciated
• Previous IT development experience, preferably in the banking related sector (Core banking host systems, Issuing & Acquiring) will be considered as a plus
• Experience and knowledge of software development processes and tooling including test automation frameworks
• Use of the agile development methodology will be considered as a plus
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Prior programming experience using Java & Oracle technology stack and/or Cobol will be considered as a plus
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English & Greek language. Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus
