The key responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Manager will be the following: 

• Manage and coordinate the QA team overseeing production qualitycontrol and the warehouse.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Pharmaceutical QualitySystem (PQS).
• Initiate and/or perform deviation investigations for quality/compliancerelated matters and partner with site members to bring issues to timelyclosure.
• Handle product quality complaints within the allowed timeline.
• Coordinate regulatory, customer and internal inspections and conductaudits to suppliers.
• Ensure effective implementation of CAPAs arising from audits, deviationsand complaints.
• Write, review and approve SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance as required.
• Lead the change control system.
• Coordinate process validation activities.
• Review and approve the Annual Product Quality Reviews.
• Ensure the control of site documentation.
• Support continuous improvement projects on site.
• Ensure delivery of appropriate GMP training on site.
• Lead and participate in Quality Risk Management exercises, as required.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with all site departments to ensure high levels ofGMP.

This Quality Assurance Manager position, requires the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, regulators, andinternal teams.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements.

• At least 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceuticalindust
