key responsibilities
The role of the Civil Engineer includes the following:
- Maintain and update the Real Estate Registry (owned & leased properties).
- Handle technical and urban planning matters related to the company’s property portfolio.
- Conduct on-site inspections and surveys to assess property conditions and gather technical documentation.
- Prepare Technical Reports and provide recommendations for necessary interventions or improvements.
- Oversee permitting procedures and ensure compliance with urban planning regulations.
- Collaborate with public authorities, urban planning offices, and technical services to resolve property-related matters.
- Provide support in maintenance and renovation projects of company properties.
qualifications
The Civil Engineer should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in real estate management, technical issues, and urban planning procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and GIS software.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to conduct on-site visits and travel when necessary.
