Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and manage the company’s professional network, including real estate agents, banks, and investment funds.
• Monitor property auctions and other acquisition opportunities, providing detailed reports.
• Maintain and update the real estate database.
• Conduct site visits and maintain visit records.
• Perform initial property evaluations for potential acquisitions, including market research and investment proposal assessments.
• Conduct feasibility studies for property acquisitions and sales.
• Stay up to date with real estate regulations and laws, advising management on potential benefits and strategic actions.
• Maintain daily communication with international clients interested in real estate investments.

To be an ideal candidate for this role you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields (e.g., Property Management, Civil Engineering, Development & Planning, Property Valuation).
• Candidate or full RICS membership (optional but preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, real estate regulations, property valuation, and technical property assessment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
