key responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Implement sales growth strategies across different market channels.
- Manage and develop the distribution network in alignment with channel & distribution strategy.
- Achieve annual commercial and financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & CRM teams to maintain high standards in customer relationship management.
- Train, support, and guide the sales team to maximize performance.
- Manage P&L and monitor budgets to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze market trends and competition, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Provide weekly reports to senior management.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Manager, will be expected to possess the following:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a focus on team development and building solid client relationships.
- Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Good knowledge of ERP-CRM systems.
