key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of this Sales Support Administrator include:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining customer databases, and managing documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Sales Support Administrator position should have:
- university degree, preferably in maritime, logistics, or a related field
- excellent command of the Greek and English language
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- SAP knowledge will be considered a strong plus

- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
