As a  Senior Architect & Pre Sales Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team, participating in client meetings as a technical expert.
• Identify and analyze client requirements, translating them into detailed technical and operational specifications.
• Design customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and scopes of work, clearly outlining solutions and tasks for successful project delivery.
• Prepare bills of material (BOM) and analyze required manpower in cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Demonstrate products and third-party solutions effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and certifications.

What do you need to have as a Senior Pre Sales Engineer?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in server/system knowledge including hardware, licensing, virtualization, storage solutions, and system integration within an enterprise environment.
• Advanced networking skills with expertise in LAN, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies; CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity, specifically firewall technologies.
• Cloud certification in platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating client needs and converting them into precise technical specifications and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to convey the value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technical writing, capable of developing detailed proposals and scopes of work.

• Excellent communication skills & team spirit
• Fluency in both English and Greek
