As a Senior Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting assigned sales revenue and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Generating and analyzing weekly sales reports to track sales trends and productivity by country.
• Developing and securing new accounts to drive business growth.
• Staying updated with market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry developments.
• Preparing and presenting weekly reports on commercial team performance and customer-related issues.
• Providing regular updates on market trends, such as technological advancements, regulatory changes, and incentive programs.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in sales within the photovoltaic (PV) sector in Greece, with a proven track record of managing a customer portfolio.
• Degree in Engineering or Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and other relevant web tools.
• Native Greek language skills and proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
