As a Showroom & Sales Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all aspects of showroom facilities, coordinating maintenance and ensuring that all equipment and spaces are functional, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Maintain the order, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom space, ensuring that products are always displayed optimally.
• Collaborate with the sales team by providing operational and logistical support in general and duringclient appointments and events.
• Manage independently samples.
• Plan and manage the logistics of showroom events and presentations.
• Oversee product stock levels and manage orders to ensure product availability.
• Handle administrative tasks related to showroom operations, such as preparing documentation for client appointments, filing, and managing reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors for showroom logistical needs and maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate the company’s car fleet.
• Active support for brand ambassadors during the SAP ordering process.
• Management and updates of information for back orders through B2B CRM.
• Direct support for top accounts.
• Portfolio management and tracking.

The ideal Showroom & Sales Support Specialist will possess the following:

• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Proficiency in both Greek and English

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills

4+ years of experience in similar roles in a fast-paced environment
