As a Supply Chain Assistant, your main responsibilities are:

• Handle orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing.
• Organize and coordinate shipments both domestically and internationally, including spare parts, professional devices, and air conditioning units.
• Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory reports for two 3PL warehouses with spare parts and professional devices.
• Perform stock inventories and communicate with warehouses regarding shipments to Greece and Cyprus.
• Utilize SAP for order processing, invoicing, and credit note issuance.
• Communicate with wholesalers for spare parts and collaborate with technical teams for any related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.

The Supply Chain Assistant we are looking for should have:

• Degree in relevant field
• Strong experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
