key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- meet recruitment targets by sourcing and attracting senior-level IT professionals
- drive the full recruitment process, from talent search to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- support the organization and execution of assessment centers and recruitment events
- build relationships with universities to strengthen Graduate Recruitment pipelines
- execute innovative sourcing strategies through recruitment agencies, social media, and professional networks
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Talent AcquisitionSpecialist position should have:
- university degree (a combination of HR & IT studies is a strong advantage)
- fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
- proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
skills
- proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- ability to perform under pressure and within strict deadlines
- must display professionalism and confidence
- excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
experience
- at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a multinational company (
