As a Technical Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

• Conduct daily visits (both physical and digital) to assess and analyze corporate customer needs, proposing technical solutions that meet their requirements.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with both customers and the internal organization, taking responsibility for preparing and presenting solution proposals and RFP responses.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to deliver seamless technical solutions.
• Work with Corporate Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Foster customer loyalty by becoming the preferred long-term contact for their digital transformation journey and IT solutions lifecycle.

The ideal candidate for the position of Technical Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree in business or IT or Telecom
• A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
• Certifications in Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace will be an asset
• Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
• Capability to understand customers' IT operation models and propose ICT solutions and related integration services
• Technical proficiency in both Greek and English
• Strong ability and eagerness to learn about the latest business services and products

• Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability of fluent communication with customers and partners
• Strong results orientation
• Attention to detail & flexibility to work under pressure

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
