As a Technical Support Representativesome of your main tasks will be:

• Supporting technical issues on telecommunications field via phone
• Providing exceptional customer service support and ensure customer satisfaction, using various communication channels (e.g. chat/email)
• Communicating with other teams within vodafone in order to resolve customers' issues
