Lida Sgouraki has more than 17 years of experience in HR Consulting, with market knowledge and extensive experience in the use of technical interviews, psychometric and evaluation tests. In 2009 she joined Randstad and since 2014 she is member of the company’s management team . From her current position as Director Professionals & Enterprise HR Services she is responsible for teams handling middle and executive positions in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Technology Field, but also the Enterprise team that offers employers HR solutions that meet the modern needs of the labour market.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Panteion University and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Alba Business School. She is a fluent in English and French.
Yiannis Gimousis

Yiannis Gimousis has more than 18 years of HR experience, within both HR Consulting and regional HR inhouse positions. Specialising in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, employee assessment and selection, training, performance management and improvement systems, policy development and documentation, benefits, compensation, information systems & hr apps, outplacement, outsourcing and consulting. As Director of the Staffing division he manages a portfolio of large clients operating in the Greek market as well as oversees six recruiting teams who recruit junior, middle and executive positions depending on the specialty. Yiannis holds a first degree Bsc in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior and a postgraduate MSc in Management Studies.
