Your responsibilities as an accounting associate will include:

• Manage day to day bookkeeping records
• Posting of Invoices
• Execution of Bank Payments
• Bank Accounts reconciliation with GL
• Vendors/Customers ledgers reconciliation
• Implement and follow myDATA requirements
• Maintain physical and digital accounting archive
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist with month end & year end accounts closure processes
• Perform other accounting duties as required or assigned

To be a good fit in this accounting associate role you need:

• Bachelor degree (preferably in Finance), Postgraduate degree is a plus
• 3  years experience in a similar role with knowledge of Greek GAAP, IFRS, tax laws,regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Entersoft ERP familiarization is desirable
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of accounting and tax regulations and principles
• Strong familiarity with cost and profit centers activities
• Good command of the English language, both written and oral
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
• Team spirit and high sense of responsibility
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
