What will your day to day be as an Android Developer?

• Design, develop and test (as a team member) mobile applications for the Android platform
• Ensure that the quality and performance of the developed solution adheres to specifications
• Write unit / UI / integration tests
• Evaluate possible new solutions and technologies
• Identify potential problems and resolve bottlenecks
• Fix application bugs
• Elaborate on technical and end user documentation
• Interact with the customer side

What do you need to have as an Android Developer?

• BSc. / MSc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of Android UI concepts and design guidelines
• Experience with XML-based UI & Layouts (ConstraintLayout etc.)
• Keep up with the latest SDK tools and with the latest developments on the Android platform.
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong experience with RESTful services

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to breakdown a problem into many separate modules
• Curiosity about how things work
• Strong team player ability with great interpersonal and communication skills

2 years of work experience with the Android SDK & Kotlin
