As an accounting assistant in this company your main responsibilities will be:

• Daily issuance of sales documents (Invoices and Retail Receipts) for services provided
• Daily entry of accounting documents related to the cost of services and company expenses
• Recording daily transactions in current accounts, credit cards, and bank-related transactions
• Monthly reconciliation of financial data (myDATA)
• Managing customer accounts and reconciling customer balances
• Managing supplier accounts with balance reconciliation and comparison with the corresponding accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Proactively maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting

To be an ideal candidate for the junior accountant position, you should have:

• University Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant discipline will be preferred
• Proficiency in PANASOFT accounting and commercial software
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (mainly Excel)
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks
• Good time management skills and the ability to work independently

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a company with double-entry bookkeepi
