As Assistant F&B, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests' experiences and the following: 

• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B operations and drive revenue growth.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising F&B staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in F&B outlets, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at all times.
• Contribute to the development of F&B menus, promotions, and pricing strategies to meet customer preferences and market trends.
• Actively participate in regular meetings and training sessions to foster teamwork, continuous improvement, and personal development.

• Proven experience as an Assistant F&B or a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Sound knowledge of F&B operations, including food and beverage preparation, service standards, and hygiene practices.

• Proficiency in English
• Relevant certifications and training in food safety and service standards.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in 5-star resort properties.
