Responsibilities of the Biomedical Technician role include:

• Providing technical support through on-site visits or phone assistance to resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Receiving, evaluating, and managing equipment repairs at the company’s facilities.
• Installing new equipment at client sites, accompanied by user training for proper operation.
• Managing the manufacturer’s service policy and spare parts inventory.
• Performing inspections and placing orders with manufacturers for required repair parts.
• Updating and organizing customer support records, service calls, and installations using the company’s ERP/CRM system.
• Presenting and demonstrating equipment to potential clients.
• Preparing quotes for new equipment and tracking their progress.

The ideal candidate for the Biomedical Technician role should possess:

• A degree from a University or Technical Institute in Medical Instruments, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Good command of the Greek and English languages.
